Keith’s Accident

Keith, had a 40M fall of his mountain bike whilst out on a trail with his son Graham, he ruptured his Achilles, and was covered in scrapes and bruises.  

The next day he had a bruise that was giving a severe throbbing pain of 5 or 6, and within 1 minute of applying the Flex-it gel the pain had gone.

The moral of this story is:

1) always take Flex-It Gel with you for emergencies

2) don’t pretend you can compete with your son who is 31 years younger and a lot fitter than you are!
